(1) These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between us, the

and to you as our customer. These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of whether you are a consumer, a business owner, or a merchant.
(2) All agreements made between you and us in connection with the purchase contract are based, in particular, on these Terms and Conditions of Sale, our written order confirmation, and our declaration of acceptance.
(3) The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
(4) We do not accept any deviating terms and conditions from the customer. This applies even if we do not expressly object to their inclusion.
§2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The presentation and promotion of our products do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a sales contract, but rather an invitation to you to order the products described in the catalog.
(2) By submitting an order via fax to our order fax number or by telephone to our order hotline, you are placing a legally binding order. You are bound by the order for a period of two (2) weeks following submission of the order; the date of receipt of the fax by us or the time of acceptance of the telephone order by us shall be decisive. Your right to cancel your order under § 3, if applicable, remains unaffected by this.
(3) We will immediately confirm receipt of your order placed by fax or telephone in writing. Such a confirmation does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order, unless
Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a clear statement to PsalmArt, owned by Marianne Schütze. c/o Mail Boxes Etc., P.O. Box 304, Eisenstraße 37, 65428 Rüsselsheim, email: [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

§4 Delivery Terms and Requirement for Advance Payment
(1) We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
(2) The delivery period is approximately 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed. It begins—subject to the provision in paragraph 3—upon conclusion of the contract.
